FAQ

WeWood Watches

Can the watch bands be adjusted?

Yes, the WeWood watches come with removable links to ensure the watch band will fit your wrist. We recommend to take your watch to a jeweller or watchmaker to have the the links removed.

How long is the warranty?

WeWood watches come with a 12 month warranty against any manufacturer defects. If you experience a fault with your WeWood watch, please contact us.

Are WeWood watches waterproof?

The watches are 'splash proof' but not 'water proof'. They can handle getting wet from day to day wear, but they're not designed to be submerged in water, such as worn in a pool or in the shower. We recommend to keep your wooden watch as dry as you can, and if the watch does get noticeably wet, dry it off with a towel.

Is the wood used sustainable?

The wood used to make WeWood watches is recycled and reclaimed wood from flooring and furniture makers, which would otherwise go to waste. WeWood use this unused and off-cut wood to make their watches.

What if I'm allergic to metal?

WeWood watches are predominantly wood, however the clasp of the watches is metal (stainless steel) and is in contact with the skin. If you have an allergic reaction to metal, we cannot guarantee that you will not be affected by the metal clasp.
